Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy Calm Games with no worries. This policy explains how our free trial, cancellations, and refunds work. Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.

Try before you pay

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends without paying anything. This is the best way to make sure Calm Games is right for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel whenever you like. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. We do not automatically refund the remaining, unused part of a period — cancelling simply stops future charges.

Refunds

If you are charged and you are not happy, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Because payments are processed by Paddle, refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
We may decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests.

How to request a refund

Word of the Day is always free

Word of the Day does not require a subscription, so there is nothing to refund for it.
