This policy explains what information Calm Games (“we”, “us”), operated by Russells, collects and how we use it. Our registered address is 402 Imperial Plaza, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082, India. Contact us any time at russell@russells.in.

The short version

We keep this simple. We don’t show adverts, we don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t sell your information.

What we store on your device

To let you pick up where you left off, we save your game progress, your daily streak, and your preferences in your own browser (using local storage on your device). This information stays on your device and is not, by itself, sent to us.

Information you give us when you subscribe

When you start a subscription, our payment provider Paddle collects the details needed to process your payment. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles your card details directly — we never see or store your full card information. Paddle’s handling of your data is described in the Paddle Privacy Policy.
To link your subscription to your account and let you play across devices, we may store your email address and your subscription status (for example: on trial, active, or cancelled).

Technical information

Our site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

How we use information

To provide the games and remember your progress and streak.
To manage your subscription and give you access to what you’ve paid for.
To respond to your messages and support requests.

Your choices

You can clear the information stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings. To ask what account information we hold, or to request its deletion, email russell@russells.in.

Children

Calm Games is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the date above when we do.
