These Terms govern your use of Calm Games (the “Service”), a collection of relaxing puzzle and card games available online at getcalmgames.com. The Service is operated by Russells, 402 Imperial Plaza, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082, India (“we”, “us”), contactable at russell@russells.in. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Calm Games offers a growing collection of calm, ad-free games designed to be enjoyed at your own pace. Word of the Day is free to play. The rest of the catalogue is available through a paid subscription, with a free trial as described below. We may add, change, or retire individual games over time.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling during the free trial stops any charge. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
The Service is for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to misuse it — for example, do not attempt to bypass the subscription, copy or redistribute the games, reverse-engineer the Service, or disrupt it for others.
The games, artwork, text, and software that make up the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to play them — it does not transfer ownership.
Calm Games is provided for entertainment and relaxation. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or cognitive-health product, and we make no claims that it diagnoses, treats, prevents, or improves any health condition.
We work to keep the Service running well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue parts of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
